3. Plan your Day
This could, potentially, present a mini revolution in your life. Before actually taking the 5 minutes you need to plan out your day, you need to identify – and take note – of the major time-wasting activities that are, according to studies, eating a lot of our time on a daily basis. Major culprits? Social media, personal emails and text messaging.
While we’re not suggesting that you eliminate these from your life entirely, you may want to consider limiting the time you spend on these activities during the day to what you would consider a necessary minimum.
Once you’ve made a conscious check note of the above, proceed to organize your day by prioritizing the projects you need to complete and other tasks you need to handle. Attack the day in the most organized and strategic mode possible, allow yourself 5 minutes to create that list and simply – go!
