7. Seek a Purpose in Everything You Do
A seemingly easy task, this one may require more effort than any of the ones previously listed. Consider all the moments during your day when you do things mechanically – even the most mundane ones. Now consider whether you attach a purpose to them. Purpose propels meaning and belief in the greater good. Granted, flossing daily may not change the world, but it very well may lead to you feeling better about yourself as you’re making an effort to improve your health. Motivate yourself and those around you by example. Results will ensue and that, in itself, is a transformation.
