Juice it up!
Although it’s been around far ages, juicing has picked up some major steam (and a following!) over the last couple of years – which is not surprising one bit.
The benefits are countless, but really, what’s coolest about it is that it’s so easy.
Your mission is to collect a variety of fruits and vegetables (think as many different colors, for a good mix of vitamins and minerals) and use a juicer or a blender to get the good stuff out. For the extra kick, make sure you add some of the fiber-rich pulp back into the juice, once you’re finished. You may also use the extracted fiber in muffin batter, rice or pasta.
The one thing to keep in mind that juicy goodness you create, should be consumed as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours from the moment you made it.
