5. Release the Toxins
The toxicity that we let overtake our existence is, most often, not easily recognized. It may come in different shapes and forms, though the most powerful (and hardest to fight against) kind are toxic, drama-filled relationships. This doesn’t necessarily have to be a romantic relationship, but one with a friend, sibling, co-worker or even yourself.
The work here is vast and layered, but the first step is recognition. Try to filter out the relationship(s) that exhaust your emotional reservoir and begin working on either eliminating the toxicity out of it or seek out a solution from a professional if the task is too sensitive for you to approach on your own.
